To reset your password, you must first go to the Logica sign-in page. You will see the "Forgot password" button next to the bottom-right of the Welcome pane.

From there, it will take you to the forgot your password page where you can submit your account email that you have forgotten the password for. Type in your email and press reset password. You will be brought to the next step in the reset password process. In addition, you will receive a verification code from our support email to the account email. Copy the verification code from the email and head back to Logica and enter in your confirmation code along with your new password.

After, click confirm and your new password will be set.
