Links calculate in all time steps by default. In the Advanced Link Settings, there are two options to skip the calculation in the actuals time period or the forecast time period.
Using these options allows for creating two calculations for the same set of nodes without creating a circular reference.
For example, the same nodes can be used in two calculations. The links highlighted in green have been set to skip the related periods.
