Using the Admin Panel

See everyone in your Logica workspace and when they were last active

Written by Carissa Castro

Overview

The Admin Panel gives workspace admins one place to see who is in their Logica workspace. This article covers:

  • Who can access the Admin Panel

  • Opening the Admin Panel

  • The Users tab

  • Sorting the user list

  • Adding users to your workspace

Who can access the Admin Panel

The Admin Panel is available to users with the Admin role in your Logica workspace. Other users won't see it in their menu.

Tip: The workspace Admin role is separate from the Editor, Contributor, and Viewer permissions you set when sharing a model. See Sharing models in Logica.

Opening the Admin Panel

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner of Logica.

  2. Select Admin panel from the menu.

The Admin Panel opens in a window. To close it, click the X or anywhere outside the window.

The Users tab

The Users tab lists everyone in your workspace.

  • #: The row number in the current sort order.

  • Name: The user's full name. If no name is set, their email is shown.

  • Email: The email address the user signs in with.

  • Last Active: The most recent date the user was active in Logica. A dash (—) means no activity has been recorded.

  • Member Since: The date the user joined your workspace.

Sorting the user list

By default, users are sorted by Last Active, with the most recently active at the top.

To change the order, click a column header (Name, Email, Last Active, or Member Since):

  • The first click sorts names and emails A to Z, and dates newest first.

  • Click the same header again to reverse the order.

  • An arrow next to the header shows the current sort direction.

Users without a date always appear at the bottom of the list.

Adding users to your workspace

The Admin Panel shows your workspace's users but doesn't change them. To add someone to your workspace, share a model with them. See Sharing models in Logica and User Account Setup.
